The CQC monitors, inspects and regulates all services which provide health and social care. These include ambulances, care homes, clinics, dentists, GPs, hospitals and hospices.
To register your private GP services with the CQC you will need to apply on their website.
They do not accept applications via post so you will need to either use the provider portal or email all your complete application forms and supporting documents to them.
It is important to ensure that your indemnity insurance also reflects which services you will be delivering to patients, so you are fully covered.
